Complete Solutions Consultants (CSC) established in 1996, primarily to introduce Government incentives to entrepreneurs in the Manufacturing and Tourism sectors.
CSC was very successful with the marketing of the previous cash incentive scheme, called the Small-Medium Enterprise Development Program (SMEDP) that closed on 31 August 2006 for applications. This program catered for Tourism Accommodation facilities, Tour Operators as well as the whole spectrum of manufacturing projects. The clientele of CSC grew to such an extent that it is now amongst the top five incentive consultancy firms in the country.

With the new EIP in mind, the members of the Close Corporation CSC and two top Black business women decided to form a BEE company (Complete Solutions Consultants SA (Pty) Ltd) with the aim to maximize the potential of the company and to serve all levels of the business community through their expertise. All future new business will be done through the new company.

The consultancy services provided by CSC include financial business planning, compiling and submission of applications, compiling and submission of claims and also assistance with the application of loans from financial institutions.
